Pests have a bad effect in agricultural production. Chemical insecticides are widely applied in pest prevention in order to decrease the influence of pests for human's life. But a lot of chemical insecticides are incorrectly used, which causes the increase of pest's resistance. So we need a new kind of chemical insecticides which are efficient on high resistant insects and pyridalyl meets the needs exactly. Pyridalyl has an excellent bioactivity on resistant insects and its bioactive group is 1,1-dichloropropeny.We designed and synthesized 42 compounds including 1,1-dichloropropenyl and some bioactive groups such as aryl, benzoate, benzothiazole, benzoxazole and so on.The compound's structures of the seven series are summarized as follows:The biological tests indicated that the series ofⅠtoⅤdid not show any insecticidal bioactivity. However, the series ofⅥandⅦexhibited the 100% inhibition rate at a concentration of 500 ppm against mythical separate, which prompted us to further modify the frame construction to discover some highly insecticidal compounds.
