The laminated materials is composed of three kinds of materials, including aluminium alloy, Kevlar fiber reinforced composite, bullet-resistance ceramics. This sort of material not only has the excellent function of elasticity-resistance but also has the qualities of light weight, high mobility, keeping debris from scattering, preventing nuclear radition, exploration, biological weapons. Now it has been widely used in tank, armored vehicles and other military vehicles' bodies and turrets. But when the laminated materials is in finished form, it will be machined the second time according to the requirements of vehicle arrangement, for example, drilling, shaving, cutting, slotting, hole drilling,etc. A geat deal of drilling processing is needed specially.Based on the material and structure characteristics of the laminated materials, the thesis discussed the processing principle of it and did detailed scientific research on hole drilling techniques. The thesis mainly focuses on the following aspects: 1. Analyzing the component materials of laminated materials studying in the experiment, emphasis on studying the basic characteristics, cutting features and working principles of these two component materials (Kevlar fiber reinforced composite, engineering ceramics) which is difficult to work. 2. In accordance with the characteristics of laminated materials' component materials, choosing hot pressing diamond trepanning bit. To counter the drawbacks of serious stratification in hole drilling, advancing initial compressed stress assembling techniques. Through the general consideration of all kinds of factors, setting water cooling project. All these will provide sufficient theoretical bases and scientific guidance for the experiment on drilling processing. 3. According to the processing experiment, analyzing the techniques' parameter of drilling work; obtaining the law that cycling speed and the axial force have influence on processing efficiency, which will provide theoretical bases on choosing techniques' parameter. 4. Utilizing limited meta-analytical method and ANSYS software to verify the related experimental conclusion and comparing the experimental data.
