Vibration drilling technology is a special drilling technology in modern times,due to its good technological properties,it is also obtained in deep hole processing,in the drilling process,because the cutting deformation of workpiece material,the mutual friction between the drill bit, chip and hole wall,produced drilling force.Drilling force is one of the important physical phenomena in the process of deep hole drilling,especially the axial force and torque,their size directly affects the life and wear of the drill bit,at the same time, it is closely related to the number of drilling heat production.Accurate prediction of drilling force can better control the processing precision and surface quality of deep hole,and drilling force have great significance for the calculation of power consumption, the design of machine tools,fixtures,cutting tools,to make reasonable cutting dosage and optimization of tool geometry parameters.In this paper, the axial vibration drilling in deep hole vibration drilling technology as research object,study on the prediction of axial force and torque in the process of machining.Compared to the traditional conventional drilling process,axial vibration drilling is a more complicated processing method,due to the vibration in the axial direction of the drill bit,change the feed rate of the drill bit in traditional drilling,instead of a regular, size and direction change in the direction of the axial feed rate,in this case, the change of drilling force in the process is more complicated.At present,the prediction of drilling force for deep hole axial vibration drilling is still to be further studied.The experimental equipment is needed in the experiment of the axial vibration drilling,and tool material consumption is very serious,experimental cost is higher,most of the domestic research institutes and universities have no conditions to carry out a number of vibration drilling experiments,the experiment can be carried out only on the original ordinary machine tool to carry out the experiment of vibration drilling,lead to the result of the experiment can not be as people would like to,and the data error is larger,it takes time and labor, and increases the cost,bringing more difficulties to the study.With the rapid development of computer technology and the maturity of the finiteelement simulation technology,in order to obtain the empirical formula of axial force and torque for deep hole axial vibration drilling,it can be forecastin the production practice,in this paper, the finite element simulation technique is used to replace the difficult field experiment,in the light of the axial vibration drilling by gun drill,using computer numerical simulation analysis software Deform-3D,according to the unique characteristics of the axial vibration drilling process,build the drill cutting finite element model of aluminum alloy gun drill axial vibration,provide a finite element simulation method for the research of vibration drilling technology.Compared and analyzed the axial force, torque and temperature of the axial vibration drilling with the common drilling firstly, through the simulation results,get the conclusion:axial vibration drilling technology can effectively reduce the axial force, torque and drilling temperature in the process.Then studied the prediction of axial force and torque,aiming at the four main parameters amplitude A,frequency f, feed raterf,bit speed n,design of four factors and three levels of orthogonal simulation test,dynamic simulation of the experimental process,and using software SPSS to simulate the multiple sets of simulation results for multiple linear regression analysis,calculate the regression coefficients of these four variables,established the regression equation of axial force and torque, the regression equation can accurately predict the axial force and the torque of the axial vibration drilling of the gun drill,it has important guiding significance for the future research and practice of the production and processing,at the same time, it also provides a reference method for the prediction of cutting forces in other metal cutting processes.
