In recent years,DME,as a new clean energy,has aroused people's interest.The study of the production of DME has become the hot issue in many countries.The traditional DME production technique is as follows:first the methanol synthesized by the synthetic gas,then ether dehydrated from methanol.With the constraints of the methanol synthesis reaction,synthesis gas conversion rate is quite low. If the two reaction steps are carried on in the same reactor,then it can break the reaction balance restriction,and enhance the utilization of the synthetic gas.The one-stage synthetic gas production system has an important meaning to the development of chemical industry of natural gas.The core of this technology is the development of the catalyst,the reactor and the craft.At present the two reactors used in the one-stage synthetic gas production system are the fixed bed and the slurry bed.With easy development,fixed-bed reaction technology uses the kinetic equation of the synthesized DME,and determine the effect on the producing rate of the DME by a variety of conditions,so as to provide a theoretical reference to practice.Simulation results show that:at 25700h-1 space velocity, temperature distribution in the reactor is more uniform,activity of the catalyst for methanol synthesis is low,degree of the methanol dehydration reaction is relatively high; Ensuring that the reactor temperature is under the scope of the catalyst,we can increase the production of DME by making tube diameter bigger,heightening response stress, reducing airspeed and improving inlet temperature of the reaction gas;Reaction inlet gas should be avoided with CO2 and H2O,hydrogen-carbon ratio less than 4,Improving the carbon-hydrogen ratio is favorable for the generation of DME;Improving the ratio of methanol synthesis catalyst agent in the catalyst can further improves the catalytic activity;the effects of reaction conditions on the results of the reaction are followed by reaction pressure,space velocity,catalyst composition,hydrogen-carbon ratio,feed gas inlet temperature,CO2 and H2O concentrations.Reaction pressure has a great impact on the DME production rate.The space velocity has a great impact on reaction temperature and conversion ratio of CO.Selectivity of catalyst ratio has a great impact on the choice of DME and the carbon-hydrogen ratio mainly affects conversion rate of CO.The inlet temperature of feed gas and concentrations of CO2 and H2O have little effect on the reaction results.
