The preparation of micro-nanometer particles with core-shell structure are attractive topics in material areas because that it can realize the design and optimization of the properties of particles. Regarding this foundamentally, the preparation and properties of particles with this kind of structures are investigated. The main content is as the following:(1) The PS microspheres were prepared by dispersion polymerization. The effects of the influencing factors on the morphology, particle size were discussed, such as stabilizer dosage, the proportion of monomers, the initiator dosage and the reaction temperature. The results had shown that particle size increases with the increase of monomers proportion, initiator dosage and reaction temperature, but decreases with the increase using of stabilizer dosage. Polymer (PS) microspheres with controllable morphology were prepared.(2) The surface pretreatment method of traditional sensitization-activation was used and ultra-sonic wave was introduced into electroless deposition, PS/Ni core-shell structure microspheres with controllable coverage morphology and good dispersibility were prepared.(3) A simple and effective method called "direct-activation" was put forward. The Pd catalytic active sites were inserted on the surface of microspheres, PS/Ni core-shell structure microspheres with controllable coverage morphology and good dispersibility were also prepared.(4) The composite paticles had improved the catalyst effects on the decomposition of AP, and the decomposition temperature of AP was decreased observably.(5) The magnetic property of PS/Ni microspheres were studied by changing varies reaction time and showed properties of lower density and fine magnetic property.
