In the thesis, the synthesis and antiscale performance of the polymer AA-HPA-AMPS are studied, and more, the polymer AA-HPA-AMPS-AM is synthesized, its antiscale performance is seeing about. At last,to compare the antiscale performance between the products above. The water is as solvent, the ammonium persulfate is as initiator, monomers are 2-acrylanmide -2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, acrylic acid, hydroxypropyl acrylate, acrylamide. Then such two polymers are obtained as AA-HPA-AMPS and AA-HPA-AMPS-A M.The effect of the reaction temperature(65℃~95℃),monomer ratio, initiator dosage (account for the percent of monomer quality 4%~6%) and reaction time(1h~5h) on the scale inhibition are investigated. The optimum Synthesis conditions are built by the orthogonal experiment. The polymers are characterized by IR spectra and TG..The results of static scale inhibition experiments show that the performance of AA-HPA-AMPS and AA-HPA-AMPS-AM are good at inhibiting the deposition CaCO3,Ca3(PO4)2.When the concentration of Ca2+ is 6mmol/L,the concentration of HCO3- is 12mmol/L,the concentration of polymer is 3 mg/L,The CaCO3 scale inhibition rate of the polymers AA-HPA-AMPS and AA-HPA-AMPS-AM are respectively 75.2%and 41.4%.When the concentration of Ca2+ is 250mg/L,the concentration of PO3- is 5mg/L,the concentration of polymer is 5mg/L.The Ca3(PO4)2 scale inhibitoion rate of the polymers AA-HPA-AMPS and AA-HPA-AMPS-AM are respectively 96.55%and 98.5%By SEM,the change of the shape of CaCO3 and Ca3(PO4)2 happens greatly since the polymer is acceded, and it shows that the polymer studied has good performance.
