Through the understanding of current domestic and international finiteelement research about sheet metal forming and Combined shell element type,finite element method, yield criterion and constitutive relation, contactproblems in processing the finite element theory and mechanics knowledgethat closely related to stamping forming, The14%relatively higher rejectionrate in the production of satellite antenna pot in the traditional process designwas solved in this article. First, the finite element method to simulate the potof the satellite antenna in the settings of traditional process was used in thispaper, and then the finite element simulation of metal stamp forming processof the basic process and the type of defect and risk position, stress, strain,thinning rate distribution was analysised.and the influencing factors aboutwrinkling and rupture reasons were find out.Followed by optimization of thefinite element calculation and proposal of once-process improvement program,the variable blank holder force and orthogonal test method have been verified.The main Research of applying several common methods in blank-holderforce through the variable pressure method,Then by comparing the formingresults and the most reliable variable blank holder force curve can be obtained.Through the orthogonal test method, the BHF, die radius, friction coefficient,stamping speed of these four parameters of antenna cover stamping effectwere Primary studied.Comparing influention by the degree of primary andsecondary between the several parameters of antenna pot stampingforming.On this basis, both the maximum thickening and thinning rate withthe optimum process parameters were founded,So as to reduce productrejection rate based on the obtained better economic purpose.Finally, thespringback analysis of the satellite antenna pot were studied.On the influenceof springback factors are comprehensively analyzed, the forming laws ofaffecting rebound were founded,and on this basis the springback compensation was made,and the good results are obtained, the feasibility andScientific nature of this method was demonstrated,The method providecertain reference and the basis for the same type of product development anddesign.
