The decolourization of printing and dyeing waste water is the key of printing and dyeing waste water treatment.In printing and dyeing waste water treatment,the reactive dye is one of more difficult to fade dyestuff.The bacteria,which can degaradate the recative Blue.is separated to be studied the decolorize nature.The germs come from the aeration tank of wastewater disposal station in the printing plant of Qingdao;Separated five species of decolorization fungus(T1,T2,T3,T4,T5) after enrichment culture,in which T4 was the best on the capacity of decolorization.T4 belongs to bacillus.and Gram's stain is positive.T4 can make use of beef extract,glucose,amylum to be a carbon source.And gets the highest rate of decolorization when choose beef extract for the additional carbon and energy;Inorganic salt and trace elements,such as K-,Ca2+,Mg2- etc.,have very small effect on the decolorization.T4 is neutral,the best culture temperature of 30~36℃,the best culture pH of 6.0-8.0;the best inoculum concentration is 10 percent:Tenability time of T4 is 120mg/L for the dye;T4 owns the ability of degradation for reactive Red and reactive Yellow,but the result of degradation is very small.The characteristic of decolorization of the pure strain is weaker than the mixed strain.It shows that the mixed strain has the advantage of decolorization and degradation to the reactive Blue.It also shows that the decolorization and degradation of the technical system is a synthetical interactive system.Moreover identify the primary and secondary relations of the four conditions(pH,Temperature,noculum concentration,the dye concentration)on decolorization rates of T4 through orthogonal test.the order from the main to the secondary is,pH>noculum concentration>the dye concentration>culture temperature;As the culture temperature of 30℃.the pH of 7.0.the dye concentration of 30mg/L,the inoculum concentration in 10ml.the decolorization efficiency of T4 is the best to 90.8%.and chromaticity is 58 times.
