In this paper ,we research the application of microorganism in dyeing wastewater treatment, the influence to the effect of decolorizing dyes was investigated in various factor condition .The main research contents and conclusion is as follow:(1) Many bacillus were separated from sediment in limber hole of printworks and active slob wastewater .Through domesticating with dyes ,three bacillus with better decolorization ability was sieved ,these bacillus couldn't decolor effectively when dyes was the sole source of carbon .To join the glucose for accessorial carbon source, then these bacillus express a stronger ability of decolorization.(2) In this study ,the concentration accessorial carbon source ,the initial dyes concentration ,structure of dyes ,quantity of inoculation ,and various environmental factors ,such as temperature ,pH was researched .Bacillus's breed and the efficiency of decoloration was affected by these factors .From the different UV spectrums of dyes degradation progress ,we could find characteristic absorb pick decreased gradually. new absorb pick appear simultaneity。(3)through researching ,we found the azodyes could be decolorized in cultivation solution of glucose and peptone ,and decolorization strain. A kind of bacillus was isolated from this mixture. The bacillus couldn't decolorize when the dye was the sole source of caobon and energy .However ,the strain has strong ability to cometabolism decolorization.(4) Various factor could effect Cometabolism decoloration behavior to the dyestuff compound.The bacillus has better decoloration ability in condition of 20 centigrade to 40 centigrade and pH value in the range of six to ten. And the decoloration rate can attaint above 80%.(5) The cometabolism degradation behavior was investigated ,in the degradation use mixture germ liquid that taking "oz "germ as the advantage germ .This study lay foundation in actual application for this germ .The experiment enunciated ,thecometabolism degradation behavior was affected strongly by the concentration of energy .When the concentration of dye was lOmg/L ,the germ can have the obvious ability of cometabolism degradation only the concentration of peptone was above 200mg/L.
