Study On Ecological Reform Technology Measure Of Haipo River In Qingdao

River gestates valley civilization and national culture, support for the healthy development of the economic society, so far, how to deal with the relationship of human-river and human-water exactly has been the key to the coordinated and healthy development of the economy and society. In order to exploit the ecological, economic and tourism function of the urban river fully, river ecological reform would be the inevitable choice in urban development. The river ecological reform should be based on important theoretical basis such as ecology, urban ecology, environmental science and urban ecological planning. The ecological reform countermeasures such as structure, facilities, function, landscape etc. should be contribute to coordinated development of economic, social and natural entironment. The residence, traffic, infrastructure and consumption process would be combined, supplying agreeable human settlements, promoting basin economic development, reducing adverse environmental impact to a maximum extent, promoting river ecological service function, and promoting environment-friendly city and ecological civilization.In this paper, In chapter 2, the theoretical basis and concept of river eco-reform were put forward, the principles of river eco-reform were analyzed, and the applicable technical, method and measure were introduced. the main construction object, effect, feature and reference function of Porphyreous River in Japan, Cheonggyechon in Korea, Funan River in Chengdu and Bailang River in Weifang regulation engineering were studied. In the foundation of spot inspect and analyze to river control engineering, the successful experience and limitations of internal river regulation was identified.Take the typical urban river of Qingdao—Haipo River for an example, with the premise of field survey and analyzing the fault of former modification works, combining with the socioeconomic status and functional localization of each river reach area, plan and design eco-reform project of each river section following the principle of "ecological and economy", the river eco-reform logos was analyzed detailed and elaborated. The water source quality of Haipo River after the ecological reform engineering was analyzed, the water quality indexs standard for landscape and recreation area were draw up. The necessity and pollutant-reduce capability of ecological reform engineering was analyzed. The self-purification capacity of Haipo River were calculated using one-dimensional model. The total amount of pollutant into Jiaozhou Bay from Haipo River was analyzed.The economic, social and environmental benefits of Haipo River ecological reform engineering were analyzed. Several suggestions were put forword to promote the river ecological reform in China.The "ecological + economy" river ecological reform logos break away from the traditional idea of river regulation, highlighted the service function, landscape function , ecological environment education function and basin economic development promot function, and it would provide references for other similar areas in our country.
