In this article, on the basic of assumption that the cleaning fluid (water) evenly distributes on the surface of fibre, the physical quantity of equivalent diameter was proposed, then the new theoretical models of classification filtration efficiency and filtration resistance of dust filtration about wet fibre layer were established and the theoretical equations of classification filtration efficiency and filtration resistance were deduced. All of the above conditions caused the theoretical study on classification filtration efficiency and filtration resistance of dust filtration about wet fibre layer into possible. Based on these, through simulation experiments, the essential similar corrections were carried on the theoretical equations, and finally the semi-theoretical and semi-empirical equations of classification filtration efficiency and filtration resistance were obtained, which can be applied to practice. The corrected equations have practical significances for the design of filter and parameters optimization of dust filtration about wet fibre layer.In order to know the factors influencing the filtration efficiency and filtration resistance, we designed orthogonal experiments. Through the results of orthogonal experiments, we got to know the influence degree of each factor and obtained the range of each factor under the best filtration condition.Through a great deal of normal experiment datas, the dimensionless corrections were carried on the classification filtration efficiency equation and the filtration resistance equation, and the semi-theoretical and semi-empirical equations of classification filtration efficiency and filtration resistance of dust filtration about wet fibre layer were obtained , which can be applied to practice.
