When the strip was transport in the NO. 7 steering roll and the NO. 2 deflecting roll of the cold-rolling and pickling line which was belonged the Hunan Lianyuan Iron and Steel Group Limited Company , several times , the roller bearing blocks were broken ,the rollers were shift , these caused the care beam twisted and support stand deformed. This subject researches the mechanism of the roller bearing blocks which were broken and deformed; we combine the solution of the modern structure computer anglicizing and simulating techniques and the traditional calculation of mechanics of materials, we get the theoretical results of the distribution of the contact stress and the position which the stress was concentrated. We also analysis the reason which caused the bearing block broken, the bearing block was made by the cast iron. After we compared, we find the conclusion of the study is the same as the actual situations.We use the finite element method to comprehensively simulate and analysis the structure and the load of the bearing block, then we get the parameters data and the distribution principle of the stress, strain and deformation, we also provide the solution for the problem. To optimize the structure of the bearing block, we improve the strength of the bearing block, so that the high-speed strip transportation and stable operation of the cold-rolling and pickling line was achieved.At the same time, after the comprehensive analysis and the study of the key elements of the cold-rolling and pickling line's strip transportation, and after the comparison of the parameters before and after the redevelopment of the bearing block, we provide the reasonable fault solution and eliminate the such kind of doubt: if we reinforce the bearing block, the related key elements were affected, So that we can completely and fundamentally eliminate the hidden danger of accidents.In this paper, we theoretically solve the bearing block broken fault which occurs during the strip transportation period in the c cold-rolling and pickling line ,the research provides the reference basis for the design of the cold-rolling and pickling line , it also provides the reference basis for structure data optimization of bearing block. There are broad prospects for application and practical value.
