At present,most of the bearing traps need to be forged to obtain blanks.Forging process can not only improve the utilization rate of materials,but also improve the production efficiency and reduce the heavy workload caused by subsequent turning machining.But at present,in the process of hot forging bearing inner and outer ring,it is still necessary to use pliers to carry the upper and lower materials and transport blanks,which will inevitably affect efficiency and product quality.Therefore,the automatic transformation of the hot forging line of bearing outer ring becomes the inevitable result of saving labor cost,improving production efficiency and product quality,conforming to the development trend of modern industrial technology.In this paper,the automatic transformation of the forging and rolling production line of bearing outer ring of a bearing factory is introduced,and an automatic production method integrating machine,electric and liquid(gas)technology is put forward.The technology is decomposed into the relevant link of the existing production line,and then the technology is fused to design the automatic transformation plan for the forging and rolling production of the bearing outer ring,and the concrete work is as follows:Firstly,analyzes the present technical situation and development trend of bearing ferrule production,analyzes the existing forging and rolling process of bearing outer ring,and then designs the general structure scheme of the forging and rolling line of bearing outer ring according to the technical requirements of automatic transformation of the production line.Secondly,according to the overall structure scheme,the main structure of the automatic bearing outer ring forging and rolling production line is divided into three modules,and each module is designed and analyzed by the modular design method.Finally,by establishing the assembly model,the best realization structure is obtained.Finally,based on the motion simulation software,the manipulator is simulated with parametric design and virtual prototyping technology,and the design scheme and the rationality of the model are analyzed and judged.Finally,the finite element analysis software is used to analyze the key parts of manipulator under static load and optimize the design.
