| T250 martensite steel have good toughness and highσ_s/σ_b and good process,it is the good material of aerospace. So, it is very important to research the spinning process of large diameter cylindric workpiece of T250 martensite steel.In this paper, the rules of forging and spinnig of T250 martensite steel were analysised,we obtained the optimical spinning technical parameter through test, and sipned the precision cylindric workpieces.Theoretical analysis and test showed that the dimensional accuracy and surface quality mainly depend upon the reduction in a pass and feed ratio. In this paper,the quality defects of spun workpieces were analyzed and the reasons for them are put forward. |
