The Rolling-Cut shear which has well shear quality and high shear frequency is the key equipment in the line of Middle-Plat. It has mechanical and hydraulic types. But it's very heavy and the price is very expensive. The Hydraulic Rolling-Cut Shear is a new type which was development by ourselves. It uses hydraulic cylinder to control the shear trace of upper blade basing on the theory of rolling -cut. The weight is reduced by half comparing with The Rolling-Cut Shear. It has used in the line of middle-plat and it shows better future in appliance. It has working principle and structures have been determined. But the hydraulic system is complicated, we should treat it according to conditions. In order to perfect the Hydraulic Rolling-Cut Shear, we should have to research the control of the hydraulic system deeply. It will help us to design appropriate and energy-saving hydraulic system. In this paper, first of all we made a formula with math and geometry of the shear structure, shear principle and guide format; then we analyze the model of the hydraulic system and PID control principle, HYVOS is used to simulate the dynamic process, the results have proved the hydraulic system is feasible; the shear process with the software ANSYS-LAND was simulated and contrast it with actual data, we prove that the mathematical analysis is correct. I contrast theoretical shear force with actual force, and the shear formula is proved to be feasible. The research will promote the exploitation of the Hydraulic Rolling Cut Shear, it can be accepted by more steel companies. It can reduce cost and increase the company economic performance. It breaks through the foreign monopolization while improving our competitiveness.
