The hydraulic rolling shear is one of the important equipment for plateproduction line, and its performance is directly related to the shear quality of thesteel. By the introduction of foreign technology or cooperation with foreigncompanies, our country have equipped with rolling shear equipment for thedomestic steel companies, but due to the monopoly of foreign companies forcore technology, our country does not really grasp the technology of the rollingshear. Especially the research of domestic intelligent control methods andself-learning model in the rolling shear is relatively few, which also restrictedthe development of the rolling shear, so the research of rolling shear relatedtechnologies is significant. In this paper, based on the hydraulic rolling shearwhich on the2800mm production line of Some Iron and Steel Company ofHebei, we design shear force prediction and remote monitoring system.ofhydraulic rolling shear.In this paper, based on the analysis of original hydraulic rolling shear controlsystem and in response to those phenomenons such as low frequency of dataacquisition system and serious leakage, we improve the existing data acquisitionsystem to achieve high-speed data acquisition. At the same time, the originalsystem’s data export is not well, the system do not have the function of remotemonitoring and shear force forecasting also.We determine the overall program ofthe shear force prediction model and remote monitoring system.of hydraulicrolling shear which use B/S and C/S hybrid architecture. After those I introducethe shear force prediction model, data acquisition system, the database system,data management module, device status monitoring module, and remote accessmodule layer by layer.The paper specifically including:analysis the research situation of shearforces formula which at home and abroad, and combined with intelligent controlalgorithm we choice the multiplication network combining with mathematicalmodel and neural network model to design shear force prediction mode of hydraulic rolling shear based on BP neural network; we determine the dataacquisition program based on OPC technology and LabVIEW; combined withthe application requirements, we select the Oracle10g database and design thedatabase use the database modeling tool PowerDsigner; in order to facilitate theanalysis and processing of the data, the data management interface is designedwhich has strong human-computer interaction function; the system monitoringmodule is designed,which can display the main status information of thehydraulic rolling shear; at last the Web Server is used to achieve remote accessto the system.
