At present, vibrating screen are widely used in petroleum, coal, chemical, metallurgical and other industries. Based on the shaker track, they can be divided into circular vibrating screen,elliptical vibrating screen, linear vibrating screen, balanced elliptical shale shaker, balanced elliptical shale shaker, particular track vibrating screen., they also can be divided into single-frequency vibrating screen and complex-frequency vibrating screen because of the working frequency of exciting axis. According to Comparative analysis, we can find out the main features of complex - frequency vibrating screen. Such as no "screen blocking" and "paste screen" phenomenon thanks to the use of different excitation frequencies and different excitation excitation; ideal screen surface amplitude and thrown index are easy to accessed. Different places of the screen surface have different amplitude distribution.Complex trajectory of the vibrating screen is the combination of circular movement, elliptical motion and the swing movement. Therefore, at vibrating screen entrance material loose and rapid, even-thickness screening can be realized. On the other hand, there is no material accumulation at the discharge end, high efficiency, large handling capacity, easy to install, long life. These are what we are seeking for. Because there is no theoretical model and no experimental study of the complex - frequency vibrating screen, this paper will do some study of the working mechanism and the dynamic characteristics of complex-frequency vibrating screen,the main work are as follows:1. Based on the mechanical system dynamics theory, establish rotating shaker's dynamic model of complex-frequency vibrating screen with two motors of different speed.2. Study on the reverse two-speed rotary motors reverse vibrating screen, and establish the dynamic model.3. After the establishment of dynamic model, design the simulation model based on matlab/simulink. And simulate their horizontal, vertical direction of vibration, as well as the trajectory of center of mass and six characteristics points.4. Vibration test, and record the displacement, acceleration, trajectory, and other dynamic characteristics of complex-frequency vibrating screen. As the basic foundation, these dynamic parameters can be used to modify theoretical model and dynamic model. And they also can be used to verify the reasonableness and correctness of dynamic model.
