As large safety accidents taken place frequently in enterprises, people are becoming more and more awaked to the importance of safety management. Safety evaluation is the basement and key to safety management. The danger characteristic of material and production engineering determines that there are a lot of fires explosive and toxic accident potentials in the course of treating and refining natural gas. Evaluating the safety of natural gas treatment station thoroughly and estimating effective safety evaluation mode has important function to increase the workers' safety consciousness and the ability to hold the safety overall in the course of producing, to find out the correct direction of safety work, to enhance the essential level of safety production of natural gas treatment station. It's as well as guidance to other oil and gas factories.The paper stated the develop history,the current situation and prospect of study and application and the program of safety evaluation, especially introduced some safety evaluation measures frequently-used in enterprises. On the base of analyzing the characteristic of production and current situation of safety management of Zhenwu natural gas treatment station, recognized the hazards in the station, adopted "3+3" mode which contains PHA, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, F&EI etc. analysis measures to evaluate the safety of the station thoroughly ,included the inherent danger in the systems the main factors influencing safety productions the biggest danger degree and the location of production,environment,equipment and workers' behaviors etc.By PHA, we know the main hazards of the station are fires explosive,toxicosiss mechanical injury,scalds frostbites electric shock etc. Adopted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze, we found the level of safety production of the station being better than middle level, the probably of safety accidents being big, the main factors influencing the safety production coming from the workers' safety consciousness,level of professional morality> technical level and safety trainings the safety situation of equipment and establishment etc.Analyzed the seven anti-explosion areas of the station by F&EI, the paper figured out that the probably of fire and explosive accidents taking place are big, and if happened, it has strong destructive effect ,but compensate measures can weaken the dangerous. By SCL,JHA and FMEA, there are some hidden dangerous in construction and production location, some links of operations and equipments are keys of safety management. Based on the evaluation and analysis, the paper put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to promote safety management of the station such as correcting the hidden troubles,strengthening safety education and training,safety check,maintenance and maintain of equipments.
