Series Of New Photosensitizer - Tailed Porphyrin Peptide Synthesis And Optical Properties

The article is composed of two parts: the first chapter is about the summarization of the research status of porphyrin and its derivatives, especially the introduction of its synthesis and application. The second chapter, a serial new tailed porphyrinate dipeptides and tailed amino acid porphyrin were designed and synthesized by the reactions of 5-(4-aminophenyl)-10,15,20- triphenylporphyrin and Boc protected amino acid. The target products and intermediates were characterized by MS, 1H-NMR and elemental analysis,and their optical properties were researched. The yields were up to 94%.The tailed porphyrinate dipeptides have strong fluorescence emission in the red region of the spectrum.
