Porphyrin derivates are a category of cyclotetrapyrrolic compounds, which have18~22conjugate electrons. So they have special light sensitivity and special biochemical properties. These derivates were used in many fields such as molecular materials、molecular devices、opticalstorage, photocatalytic, electrocatalytic oxidation of biological simulations, solar storage, gassensors and simulated natural product and so on.. Photodynamic therapy is an importantapplication field of porphyrin derivates. In this paper, a series novel BOC-L-amino acids porphyrins and their zinc(Ⅱ)complexeswere synthesised by the reaction of TAPP and Boc-L-Amino acid in the presence of DicyclohexylCarbodiimide(DCC). TAPP-Ala-Boc, TAPP-Phe-BOC, TAPP-Trp-BOC and zinc(Ⅱ) complexeswere obtained. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is about the summarization of theresearch status of porphyrin compounds, especially the introduction of its synthesis andapplication. Chapter II describes the experimental synthesis of the BOC-L-amino acid porphyrinand zinc(Ⅱ) complexes, and the structures of target compounds were characterized by1H-NMR,FT-IR, UV-vis; Chapter III is discussed the experiment and data analysis methods of targetcompounds, UV-vis, fluorescence spectra of these compounds were studied; Chapter Ⅳis theconclusion and the figures. The result shows that Soret band of the BOC-L-amino acidsporphyrins and zinc(Ⅱ)complexes had some bathochromic shift, and the absorption bands weresignificantly reduced. The maximum red fluorescence emission peak of zinc(Ⅱ) complexeswerein the visible part, so they were expected to become a new class of photosensitizer.
