Two kinds of amino acid porphyrins derivatives was synthesized in this article, one of which is Mesa-Tetra(4-nitrophenyl)porpphyrin was synthesised by cyclolization of 4-Nitrobenzaldhyde and pyrrole. Based on this synthseis, mesa-Tetra (4- amino phenyl)porphyrin and Other four novel porphyrin compounds with Valine as function group(TAPP -Leu-Boc , TAPP-Thr-Boc ,TAPP-Leu , TAPP-Thr) were synthesized successively; the other is TPP-NH-Ala-Ile,TPP-NH-Phe-Thr,TPP-NH-Ala-Ile-Thr,TPP-NH-Phe-Ile-Leu series end type - peptide porphyrins synthesized by TPP-NH2.At the same time,porphyrin cyclization affecting factors are discussed through experimental data, so as to determine the the most sexually conditions and optimize the purification process.The article is composed of three parts: the first chapter is about the summarization of the research status of porphyrin and its derivatives, especially the introduction of its synthesis and application. In the second chapter, the synthesis of tetraamino porphyrin derivates was introduced and its optical properties were studied in detail. In the third chapter, we mainly discussed the synthesis of new type tail-style polypeptide porphyrin derivatives as well as its optical properties. The target products and intermediates were characterized by 1H-NMR , IR, UV-vis, and elemental analysis, and their optical properties were researched.Two kinds of amino porphyrin derivates synthesized in our group were provided with the typical UV absorption peak.At the wavelength of 419nm(Soret band);516,551,591,647nm (Q band), we can observe some distinctly absorption.The PL spectrum was at the wavelength of 652nm in red specturm pf visible region.Since the derivates'properties are suitable for the optical prerequisite of photosensitizer,they are expected to become a new kind of photosensitizer with darget direction function.
