| The coal is the main part of primary energy in china.The direct burning of great amount coal can produce much gas pollutant,such as SO2.With the rapid development of the national economy,SO2 pollution and acid rain problem have become more and more serious problems,it has now become one of obstacles in the development of national economy.In response to these issues as well as the existence of traditional flue gas desulfurization technologies have many problems such as high cost,secondary pollution,high operating costs,the low desulfurization rate,NH3 adding,low electron energy,etc.In this paper, the use of strong ionization in dielectric barrier discharge plasma ionization of gases forming the oxidation of high concentration of strong activity of particles,with strong ionization discharge activation of calcium-based sorbent particles synergistic approach to flue gas desulfurization,provided a new way to solve SO2 pollution.First,this paper analysis the basic theory of the desulfurizing technology via strong ionization discharge,Which mainly includes two processes:one is the birth of non-thermal plasma using strong ionization dielectric barrier discharge,another is the desulfurization from the simulated gas streams using non-thermal plasma.The second section describes the desulfurization of the hydroxyl radical oxidation of the reaction process,an analysis of strong ionization discharge plasma calcium based sorbents activation mechanism.Plasma device was setup based on this theory.It can achieve strong ionization discharge and improve the desulfurization rate by improve the dielectric material of dielectric barrier discharge,process skill and the structure of discharge gap.And then to simulate the flue gas as the research object,selection of the five samples desulfurizer studied the formation of strong ionization discharge activity and the activation of particles desulfurizer synergy of flue gas desulfurization process operating parameters on desulfurization rate.The paper provided a major research on the desulfurization efficiency of the following important factors:excitation voltage, excitation frequency,discharge power,gas water,gas residence time, initial concentration of sulfur dioxide,Ca-S ratio.The experimental results show the efficiency of SO2 removal increase when excitation voltage,excitation frequency and excitation power increasing,while dropping SO2 initial concentration,increasing H2O concentration and resident time,the SO2 removal is high.When the flue gas flow is 1800m3/h,the SO2's initial concentration in the flue gas concentrations is 1600×10-6(V/V),water content is 7.2%(V/V);the oxygen content of gas is 21%(V/V),Ca/S ratio is 1.6,gas residence time is 2.2s,under the conditions of plus incentives voltage which is imposed in a plasma generator is the 3.4 kV voltage and frequency of 10 kHz,SO2 removal rate can reach 90 percent. |
