Submerged Arc Welding Machine Control System Design

In hardware design: The main design of the DC wire feed system, Wire feed speed and signal detection and processing;Stepper motor with positioning of the welding speed car,to achieve the precise point of welding; In order to facilitate the operation of the site, Design by MCS51 MCU and TD400C text box displays the operation of composition, Operation of the CPU box with the controller using RS485 communication; Lincoln welding power supply using DC-600, Welding process to provide the necessary energy. In terms of software design: Using the traditional PID control algorithm to adjust wire feed speed; Open-loop manner using a stepper motor control program.Through on-site testing and customer use show that the machine designed by the advanced control system, maintenance is simple, high reliability and easy operation intuitive;wide range of welding voltage and current fluctuations in a small, beautiful molding weld etc. Therefore, the design is successful, it is possible too.
