Job Safety Standardization Management Based On Task Flows

With the standardization of the rapid development of the market economy,most enterprises in accordance with their own production methods to establish a standardized management system,both in line with external standards(relevant laws and regulations)and in line with internal standards(corporate culture business strategy,etc.).Enterprise standardization is a structured system of construction process,the general standard system is not focused on the common technical standards is the importance of management standards and technical management departments and contact the standard frequent technical staff,but ignored the grassroots positions on-site operation to what kind of standard? Is the standard reasonable? The validity of the standard implementation of a series of issues.Therefore,how to implement the job responsibility system,the job responsibilities and standardization of work to penetrate every employee,enhance the safety awareness of employees,reduce the probability of accidents,improve the level of safety management is particularly important.This paper analyzes the importance of job standardization management system to the management,production and operation of the enterprise,based on the task flow and the standardization theory as the guide.This article can be summarized from three aspects:(1)This paper discusses the theoretical development of enterprise standardized management system and the problems and key points of the safety management of grassroots jobs,and puts forward that standardization is the concrete embodiment of modern scientific management.(2)Established a job task management model to identify the job title and four job standards,and through the early warning trigger mechanism to monitor the completion of the task,so that the task process is always in a standardized state.(3)The Hazard and operability Study method adopt methods to analyze the causes of abnormal deviations,determine the possible deviations and formulate preventive and control measures.(4)Using the Job Safety Analysis(JSA)analysis method to analyze the task flow,identify potential hazards and hidden problems,evaluate the risk level and results,develop appropriate control measures to maximize the elimination or reduce the risk in the acceptable range In order to prevent and reduce the probability of occurrence of the accident to provide strong arguments and technical support to achieve scientific management,the purpose of safe production,the establishment of a "distinctive structure,operable strong" job standardization management system.
