This paper briefly introduced the nature of the nano-magnesium oxide,uses and production status at home and abroad.Focused on the preparation of nano-technology research and magnesium oxide surfactants in the preparation of nano-materials applications to industrial raw materials prepared by liquid deposition of high purity nano-MgO.Preparation of papers for pre-processing conditions were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment,respectively,filter out the precursor surfactant and the optimization of preparation conditions;in the preparation of nano-magnesium experimental study of the amplification process,a single factor and is cross-experiment,the preparation of high purity to determine the optimal conditions for nano-MgO.Expand At the experiment in order to compound surfactant A17+A12+N2 for the dispersing agent,magnesium oxide and ammonium bicarbonate as the raw material liquid magnesium precipitation Nano technology is feasible.Optimal conditions were as follows:ammonium carbonate:magnesium sulfate as 0.8:1, reaction temperature 70℃,reaction time 100min,ammonium carbonate solution concentration 0.7mol/L,magnesium sulfate solution concentration 0.7mol/L,the surface modifier compound A12+A17+N2(1+1+1),add the total volume of 1.3mL, drying temperature 60℃,drying time 2h,calcination temperature 600℃,calcination time 1.5h.In this paper,XRD,TEM,SEM,laser particle size analyzer,differential thermal analysis,specific surface area analysis by means of product was characterized through EDTA titration purity of products were analyzed.Analysis of CharacterizationResults:Reaction product of magnesium oxide finally reached a purity of 99.5 percent more than meets the requirements of high-purity magnesium oxide.Product crystallization good Samples narrow particle size distribution,good dispersion,the average particle size of about 65nm.The process is simple,stable quality,suitable for industrial production.
