Two-photon absorption of organic materials research in the field of functional materials is a hot,due to their application in two-photon fluorescence microscopy,3D dat storage,micro-fabrica tion,photodynamic therapy and laser up-converted materials.In this paper,the design and synthesis of pyridine-2,6-dimethyl Dimethyl for electron-based D-π-A,A-π-A structure of the molecule,and systemically researched their linear and TPA properties.1.Design and Synthesis of the first of six kinds of have not reported in the literature to pyridine-2,6-dimethyl Dimethyl for electron-molecule of the chromophore,Their appropriate synthesis and purification were found and their structures were characterized by UV-Vis,IR, ~1HNMR and MS.Synthesis of aldehyde intermediates and conditions to explore,to find a more suitable synthesis,separation and purification conditions.2.The normalized absorption and one-photon fluorescence properties of these compounds were studied.The factors inflencing normalized absorption one-photon fluorescence properties were discussed.The result was shown that:The polar solvent makes the absorption and one-photon fluorescence emission wavelength have red shifts.With the more polar,more red shifts.Electron-reasing groups make the absorption and one-photon fluorescence emission wavelength has red shifts.It is compare to the differentπbridge,the normalized absorption properties is prefer C=N to C=C,but one-photon fluorescence emission is prefer C=C to C=N.3.To be compared the Two-photon of these compounds,the result show that Electron-reasing groups increase the TPA cross sections,Which B1,B2 has a strong two-photon absorption cross-section,at the same time has a strong ability to coordinate.So they will be expected to become a new type of organic two-photon absorption materials.
