Along with the rapid development of society and economics in China, The pollution of urban living is gradually serious, especially water pollution. Water pollution has been the focus of attention in the society; this is inevitable of enhancing monitoring in water environment. However, the effects of monitoring in water pollution is just passable due to different reasons, the controlment for pollution source is still weak. This essay analyzes the negative effects, which backward equipments of water pollution existed brought, for enhancing monitoring in the view of monitor equipments. Hence, the research and development of effective and multi-functional monitor equipments of water environment are the necessary conditions for qualifying monitor. The defects of existing equipments are emphasized in this article. Refer to similar products overseas, the basic analysis and research of the system, which could automatically gather and monitor sewage, will be designed. This system intends to achieve the task, which the main system monitors many sub-systems simultaneously by countrywide GPRS wireless networks, in the purpose of monitoring online and sampling accurately in low cost. Live sub-system is excellent convenience and given widely sellf-control ability. They might implement the mission of sampling and monitoring in most locations and strengthen the efficiency of tracking water quality and pollution sources. This assignment accomplishes the basic analysis of the system and solves some key problems-the accuracy of water sample, the wireless remote communication and the design of main system and live sub-system. Lastly, the essay point out the problems left in this research and direction that would modified in the future.
