The safe operation of the mine ventilation equipments system is a very important condition to insure the safe production of mine and create a good working environment under mine; therefore it becomes very important to insure the steady operation of the mine ventilation equipments system. And the complete and efficient mine ventilation equipments fault diagnosis system is an important method of finding equipments fault in time and eliminating equipments fault quickly, to insure the steady operation of the mine ventilation equipments system.The paper firstly studies the basic principles of biological immune system and the architecture of the mine ventilation equipments fault diagnosis system, then aiming at the disadvantage of the mine ventilation equipments fault diagnosis system that has already existed, a new mine ventilation equipments fault diagnosis grade system model is designed from the angle of the global unified management. The model is a distributed open system model that uses tree structure to deploy mine ventilation equipment fault diagnosis system that are distributed in different geographical locations, real-timely ensures the consistency of the mine ventilation equipment fault diagnosis system'detector set in different node of the tree structure,and ensures that all nodes have the maximum detection. Meanwhile, every node will report the detection data within the period of time that has set to its father node, and finally the root aggregate statistical data to discover the deep problems. The model uses immune algorithm to find the unknown fault modes. The original detection method for, this system uses a filter approach to improve the inherent deficiencies of the original detection method, and deeply studies filter detector generating algorithm. Meanwhile, in order to enhance the system's ease of use, the system increased report function, characteristics report's intuitive and diversity will make system management more convenient and efficient.
