Since the 1960s,the constantly expanding scale of the city,the continuous improvement of industrialization,the rapid increase in population and the increasing amount of energy consumption of the world,urban air pollution has become increasingly serious.From the current status quo,many regions of our country have appeared in a number of areas for a long time,covering a wide range of pollution weather,which Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta region are the most prominent,has brought the serious influence to people's production activities,home life and the health of body and mind,the status of air quality has increasingly become the focus of people's attention.In order to effectively control and reduce urban air pollution,first of all to make a scientific evaluation and analysis of air quality,through an objective understanding of the current situation of air pollution,scientifically and effectively for air pollution control,which has important significance for the improvement of urban air quality.Based on the research progress and achievements of air quality assessment and influence factors were systematically combed at home and abroad,and the latest release of‘ambient air quality standards'?GB3095-2012?and the‘ambient air quality index?AQI?technical requirements?for Trial Implementation?'?HJ633-2012??January 1,2016 Implementation?,the air quality evaluation model based on the improved algorithm to optimize the parameters in the air pollution damage rate formula is established,and the model was applied to the air quality assessment in Guangzhou City,which has certain practicability and application prospect.The main research work and results are as follows:First,On the basis of artificial immune system,the theory and application of immune clonal selection algorithm are studied.Through the introduction of the network cut preprocessing,the shock variation method and the improved memory mechanism,a new improved immune clonal selection algorithm with global convergence,higher precision and faster convergence rate is proposed.Under the same operating environment,comparing with the research of Han Xu Ming?2011?who proposed an immune clonal selection algorithm based on the introduction of vaccination strategies and the Gaussian mutation operator?ICSA-VSLGMO?to optimize the air pollution damage rate formulaiR?28?1(1?10?ae-bxi)c.Comparison results show that:the improved immune clonal selection algorithm is more delicate in global and local search,the solution precision further improved;and the algorithm introduced the immune memory mechanism,in the second run of the algorithm,convergence speed is more faster?the number of iterations in less than 20 times?and more stable,and the precision is more higher?to the eighth decimal place?.Second,along with the development of computing technology,the use of intelligent computing to build a scientific and accurate evaluation model of air quality is of great practical significance.Combined with the latest air quality standards of the State Environmental Protection Department,using the improved immune clonal algorithm to optimize the parameters,an air quality assessment model which based on the air pollution loss rate parameter in the formula is established.The rationality and validity of the model are verified by the comparative analysis of the immune particle Immune particle swarm optimization algorithm?IPSO?with Yu Zongyan?2013?and AQI method.Third,the data of air quality monitoring stations from 2014 to 2015 in Guangzhou city were evaluated,and using Excel and SPSS to do statistical analysis.The results show that the average contribution rate of NO2,PM10 and PM2.5 in Guangzhou is more than 90%,which is the main source of air pollution.From the overall perspective,the air quality situation has improved in 2015 showed a seasonal change,the best summer,the worst in winter,in which the air quality in May to September is relatively good.
