Metal elements are important substances in the biological body, they are related to almost all kinds of important life processes such as the circulation and breathing organisms. Fish is a major component of human diet and an important source of nutrition intake, study metal elements in fish body is important to guide human nutrition and the prevention of food poisoning.A method used to detected 13 metal elements of fish was established analysisd by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Studied the accuracy of the method and precision and so on, correlation coefficient between 0.9992~0.9999 and recovery 84%~106% were obtained. Detection limited of this method met the requirements of this research. All the results show that the method can be used in the analysis in this study.Content of metal elements wild cold-water fish, the origin of water samples and sediment samples of the Huma River were analysisd. Test results were under the maximum allowable content standard requirements of aquatic quality standards, fishing, water quality standards and other regulations. Cu, Pb, Cd and Cr in the cold water fish Hucho salmon, cod and phylogeographic were seasonal fluctuations, content of metals in the winter was higher than in summer and warm water fish, metals in crucian carp non-seasonal correlation.Contents of metal elements of the Ussuri River origin wild cold water fish and water samples and sediment samples were detected. Analysis and evaluation of the river water sample of the Hutou, Haiqing and Fuyuan section, results showed that in the river water of the Hutou section of, most metals were higher in the environment than the other section of the river, which cadmium content of 0.006 mg/L, exceeding the limit 0.005mg/L provided in the "Fishery Water Quality Standard" (GB11607-1989), metals in fish and sediment are not exceeded. Metals in cold water fish with different feeding habits, different age and different water layers were study in this chapter. In the result,Mg, Cd and Cu were higher in carnivorous fish body, other element contents in the carnivorous and omnivorous were all low and no regulation. Metal elements copper, lead, chromium, cadmium, nickel, iron, manganese and selenium in different age groups 4 age> 3 age> age 2. Studied metals in Ussuri River cold water fish, water and sediments, research showed a good correlation in fish and water quality of Ussuri River section, the higher metal elements in water was also higher in the fish.
