| The safety and nutrition problem of children’s food is getting more and more attention,study metal elements in children’s food is important to guide children nutrition and choosing food for children.A pretreatment method for dairy products was optimized,and ultimately microwave digestion method for sample pretreatment was determinated.Furthermore,Cr,Se,Cu,Co,Mn,Ni,Pb,As,Cd,Sb,Sn,B,Zn,Fe,Mg,Ca,Al were measured by ICP-MS and ICP-AES.The limit of detection was 0.001~0.583 mg/kg.this method recovery rate was 92.0~110.5%,standard and relative standard deviation was 0.3~5.8%.Through the metal elements analysis,draw the conclusion: From the sampling location to see,the highest content levels of Ca,Zn and Mg were found in the milk slices from the supermarket,the contents of Pb and Cr were exceed the standards,the contents of Al and As were not exceed the standard,the milk beverages from the supermarket had the highest content level of Fe,from the the farmers markets had the highest content level of Cr,the contents of Cd,Al and As were not exceed the standard,the others had no significant difference among different sampling sites.From the product ingredients to see,the milk slices which made with milk powder had the higher content levels of Ca,Zn and Mg,the ones which made with creamer had the higher content level of Al,the others had no significant difference between different product ingredients.By comparing the metal elements contents of cereal foods,draw the conclusion: The content levels of Cu,Mn,Se,Pb,As,Cr,Al,Ni,Ca,Zn,Mg and Fe had significant difference among different sampling sites,the cereal foods from the supermarket had the highest content levels of Ca,Zn,Mg and Fe,but the cereal foods from the store around school had the highest content levels of Pb,As,Cr,Al and Ni,and Pb,As,Cr,Al contents exceed the standard seriously,the content levels of B,Sn,Cd,Sb and Co had no significant difference among different sampling sites.Through the detection of metal elements in samples,found that: The content levels of Ca,Fe,Zn and Mg have significant difference between Minced meat and fruit-vegetable paste,the content levels of Ca,Fe,Zn and Mg in Minced meat were higher than that of fruit and vegetable paste;the content levels of Cu,Co,Cr,Sb and B had no significant difference between Minced meat and fruit and vegetable paste,The content levels of Se,Pb are higher in fruit and vegetable mud,While The content levels of Mn and Ni were higher in Minced meat.the content levels of Cd,Al,Sn and As were within the safety limits. |
