The temperature variation of aluminum plate during hot rolling is an important factor that will affect the precision of the size and mechanics capability of the product,the load distribution of rolling mill,and energy consumption directly. So,it is important to predict,adjust and control the temperature of the strip rolling to improve the quality of strips.The methods of numerical analysis,finite element method simulation,validate by experiment,and field test are used to derive and computer simulation.The temperature field of the aluminum 1235 rolling process is researched.And it provides an effectual mathematic and simulation model to direct practical produce.1.Base on the heat-transfer theoy,and calculate the factors of temperature drop,cooling by the emulsion,the gain and lose of heat quantity,it researched the mechanism of heat create and exchange in polytechnic.And the temperature equation of transmission and rolling of aluminum strip is also built.2.Through the isothermal and compress test in use of heat-simulation machine Gleeble-1500,the relationship among the flow stress,strain,stain rate and the temperature of deformation of the aluminum 1235 during the hot deformation at high temperatures is researched,and the flow stress equation of the aluminum hot compression is built.3.Finite element software MSC.Marc is used to do the coupling analysis of the heat,force and deformation in the situation of strong compression and large deformation.Base on this,thermodynamic variety rule of the aluminium strips and roll system temperature field is researched.It also sets up the temperature field simulation model of the aluminum hot continuous rolling,and it is used to research the whole rolling process of various technological parameters to open out the orderliness of influence of the parameters on rolling temperature drop. 4.The model of the influence of the equivalent heat transfer coefficient on the rolling temperature drop and the rolling rate on the rolling temperature drop is set up.It is confirmed that the result calculated by the model is consistent with the field test data.So,the model can be used to direct the product practice to inprove the production-benefit and product-quality.
