Molecular imprinting technique (MIT) is a novel technology rising and developing rapidly recent years. The key step of this technology is the preparation of the highly inert molecular imprinted material with special identifier. The molecular imprinted polymers (MIPs) has better mechanic properties, can contain high temperature and pressure. It also has unique specifity to many compounds in environment, medicine and other fields. Thus, it's very important for the preparations and its applications of MIPs in analytical chemistry.During the process of the synthetise experiment, the MIPs was synthesized by polymerization at 65℃for 17 h using atrazine as template,α-methacrylic aid (MAA) as monomer, ethylene glycol dime-thacrylate (EDMA) as cross-linker and 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. It could specially recognize atrazine. The combination and specifity had been also researched. Then, the polymers was grinded, sieved, washed and packed into cartridges. The adsorption ability of the solid phase extraction(SPE) column stuffed with the polymers was 16.8 mmol/g,622 times compared with that of the dissociative polymer sphere, and the extraction time of SPE column was only 15 min,1/64 compared with that of dissociative polymer sphere, the recovery was 90% testing by HPLC.The SPE column could enrich atrazine at the concentration less than 2×10-8 mol/L in the water with the recovery of 89.3%.Compared with C18 column, MIPs-SPE column used only 1/3 time and 1/4 reagent, and got higher recognizability, as well,it purified the sample water more drastically, decreased the disturbance of peculiar peaks, improved the sensitivity and could protect the instrument against damage.Besides, the molecular imprinted membrane was synthesized with the nylon filter membrane supported for recognizing target. The properties and infiltrability of mambrane were reseached. Then, the membranes were applied to the chemical sensors and had response. The impact for different elution modes and acidities had also been studied.
