Experimental rig lifting device consists of an integrated winch, well put up lift system, turntable rotation, high temperature and pressure shaft and power system simulation components. It provides students the oil rig automation, intelligent learning delivery platform, drilling rig for the conduct of modern research and development, provide the interface to carry out fundamental research. High temperature and pressure which can be simulated wellbore downhole tool to carry out routine experiments, the system can simulate more realistic field conditions lifting rig.The system combines comprehensive test rig lifting equipment, use of distributed data acquisition system, realized experimental setup and operation parameters rig AC and DC motor torque and speed, dead Pull force, liquid cylinder displacement, drum shaft torque, shaft temperature and pressure testing; While achieving the right to send drilling motor, turntable motor, pump and other equipment parameters of feedback control.Detection unit high precision sensors, data acquisition components to complete drilling on the experimental setup and operation parameters of the collection, passed through the PCI bus or serial port of computer, PC software for data-processing; Application control unit control system software command directed the executing agency PLC, inverter action to achieve the motor control software is achieved through the OPC-Server server IPC with PLC control for the next bit; parameters can be achieved more limited software sound and light alarm.System based on Visual C++6.0, Access 2003, Matlab, and other software development environment. The monitoring system can display all parameters in real time and control and the experimental parameters to achieve over-limit alarm monitoring and other operations, can draw real-time display and liquid cylinder displacement, AC and DC motor torque, rotational speed, wellbore pressure, wellbore temperature and the curve achieved record full of data storage, printing and drawing the curve of history.Through hardware and software debugging and running that rig experimental device monitoring system is reliable, stable, user-friendly to achieve the design requirements.The monitoring system can be applied to similar parameters of machinery and equipment condition monitoring and control, to some extent a substitute for live instruction instrument; Fault diagnosis can also provide useful data and information, to develop scientific and rational basis for the maintenance program, and has good development and application.
