Long distance pipeline as a primary transport tool for energy sources, isplaying more and more important role in industrial production and nationaleconomic development. China is a country which has a account of rivers, when the long-distance pipelines pass through the rivers, canyons and otherspecial terrain,it usually use form of across. Across the pipe to check thesecurity situation will be very difficult due to topographic effects. However, these pipes are usually transport some dangerous media, these media are oftenflammable, explosive or toxic, piping Failure of these dangerous media leaks, and is prone to major incidents of fire, explosion and poisoning, whichresulting in casualties, pollution of the environment. Therefore, across thepipeline by the force distribution to identify stress the danger zone is of greatsignificance for the health management of the pipeline.Directly in the pipeline in service by the experimental means ofpiping stress, you need to spend a lot of financial and material resources. Inthis paper, using finite element analysis software ANSYS, right across thepipe stress analysis, use of the material mechanics of theoretical calculations,to take reasonable simplifying assumptions, raised more in line with the finiteelement model of the actual across the pipeline, and then using the finiteelement model to calculate the pipeline the stress distribution. And smallacross the pipeline experimental platform structures in the laboratory, comparison tests, to verify the validity of the model.Based on finite element model of this article after the verificationacross the pipeline, VC language to the secondary development of ANSYS command language to facilitate different diameters and different span acrossthe pipe to the finite element analysis.
