In order to ascertain the internal flow field and separation mechanism of vane-guided type liquid-liquid hydrocyclone, the paper optimized structural parameters, such as overflow port and guide vane, as the basic structural configuration; and it’s three-dimensional velocity field were tested by LDV under different flow and overflow ratio; on the basis of the tested results the velocity calculation model were established; according to the performance experiment the pressure drop model、the grade efficiency curve and the forecasting model of cut size and grad efficiency were all established.Firstly, through the performance experiment the paper found out the influence of the overflow port and guide vane on the separation performance of hydrocyclone, so the better structure size was determined.Secondly, the three-dimensional velocity field of vane-guided type liquid-liquid hydrocyclone were tested by LDV under different flow and overflow ratio; WZVV、maximum tangential velocity and the maximum radial velocity were all found out, as well as the calculation model.of velocity.Finally,according to the performance experiment,established the pressure drop model,the grade efficiency curve was tested and analysed; and the forecasting model of cut size was established through the relationship between the Reynolds numbe and hydrocyclone numbers,as well as the the forecasting model of grad efficiency was established byδ/δ50.
