clay minerals widely present in the oil-gas reservoir, when it's not compatible between the external fluid and the clay minerals of oil-gas level at oil exploiting operation, these clay minerals will cause hydrating expansion and dispersing migration, so blocking the oil-gas channels and highly decreasing the permeability of oil-gas level, even tube block the oil-gas level.In order to reduce and inhibit the clay minerals on reservoir damage, according to improving the swelling prevention percentage and lasting energy efficiency of clay stabilizer, this paper synthesized a new kand of quartanary ammonium salt type cationic clay stabilizer by copolying epichlorohydrin,dimethylamine and ethylenediamine. Also discussed the affect of the polymerization conditions of temperature,time,monomer ratio,initiator dosage and crosslinker dosage on swelling prevention percentage of the copolymer,and found the optimal synthesis of program. The reaction time of Polymerization t=6h,the reaction temperature T=45℃,the mole ratio of monomer (epichlorohydrin:dimethylamine) was 1:1.2,the initiator concentration (relative to the monomer mass) is 0.11% and crosslinker (ethylene diamine) dosage is 0.5% volume. The results showed that:when the dosage of the best program of product synthesis is 2%, its anti-swelling rate is up to 93.4%.It showed by the Structure of the product by infrared spectroscopy characterization that:there is the presence of quartanary ammonium salt type cationic clay stabilizer. According to The People's Republic of China of oil and gas industry standard "SY/T5971-94, clay stabilizing agent injection performance evaluation" and "SY/T5762-1995, the performance evaluation of clay stabilizing agent of acid fracturing",it evaluated the products. The results showed that the expansion of the product on the clay hydration inhibition persistent; it has good temperature resistance and salt tolerance; with conventional acids and standard saline have better compatibility; it can normal use in fracturing fluid and its additives; and the product of the compound with the inorganic salt NH4CI has better anti-swelling effect, so it is greatly reducing the amount of polymer, thus reducing the construction process of polymer residue on the reservoir of potential harm caused. Therefore it has a very good development prospects.
