Using isolated rat skin ointment for residual right Curcuma permeability test, Ezhu residual ointment parameters of main components: 10h cumulative infiltration volume curdione Q10 = 133.1μg, curcumol Q10 = 622.9μg, Germacrone Q10 = 1755.3μg; steady-state infiltration rate curdione Js =13.88μg·h-1·cm-2, curcumol Js =63.86μg·h-1·cm-2, Germacrone Js=195.24μg·h-1·cm-2 , showed that Zedoary oil residual ointment three kinds of active ingredients in vitro permeability, high transmittance, infiltration, high-speed, 2% Azone on three kinds of active ingredients to promote infiltration of both the role of different ointments containing doses are significant differences in their permeability.Conclusion:Through a comprehensive standardized Curcuma residual oil ointment study to determine the best formulation of the drug preparation process, established Ezhu residual oil ointment quality standard system, further improved the Curcuma residual oil ointment in vitro permeability studies. Developed a stronger efficacy, active ingredients and mechanism of a clear, quality control, product with high technological content Ointment, has broad application prospects, and Chinese medicine as further research and development to provide reference.
