Objective: To synthesize S-allyl-L-cysteine sulfoxide (alliin), and to improve its synthetic procedure. Water-soluble molecular imprinting microsphere of L-cysteine and alliin was prepared. Preparation of molecular imprinting microsphere of this kind of compounds was preliminarily studied, which could do help to the related exploratory development. Methods: Alliin was synthesized by L-cysteine and allyl bromide through the the reaction of substitution and oxidation, and was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. Alliin was identified by the methods of melting point, TLC, UV and IR. With the method of suspension polymerization, molecular imprinting microsphere of L-cysteine and alliin was prepared by L-cysteine and alliin as the template molecule, 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid as the functional monomers and trimethylolpropane trimethylacrylate as crosslinker. Temperature, dispersing agent, function monomer and crosslinker of the microsphere particle diameter and distribution width action was studied. It is studied the molecule selecting property action of function monomer and porogen. The difunctionality monomer and single monomer how to effect identity is discussed. And then the reproducibility was studied. Results:The racemic body alliin is obtained. Water-soluble molecular imprinting microsphere of L-cysteine and alliin is prepared. When the temperature 75℃,0.06gHEC,33%toluene,TRIM,AMPS is obtained a molecularly imprinted polymers microsphere.well-distributed when polymerization uses the AMPS and AA. The good reproducibility is uses AMPS and SA.Conclusion: This method shorts the reaction time, improves the reaction yield.And the better synthetic procedure of molecular imprinting microsphere ofα-acidity amino acid, such as L-cysteine and alliin is studied. The particle diameter of molecularly imprinted polymers microsphere is well-distributed, and the shape of which is good. The molecularly imprinted polymers microsphere has certain absorption capacity,and the reproducibility change with the function monomer and porogen change.
