The ballistic missile's attack-defense confrontation is performed in the complex battlefield environment. It has become a major problem to evaluate the ballistic missile's attack-defense resistance reasonably and accurately so as to enhance its penetration ability.In allusion to the typical attack-defense simulation of ballistic missile, the layered modeling is performed from the aspect of radar countermeasures, and the performance measurement and quality management system is established for the attack-defense of the ballistic missile. The fuzzy assessment principle is introduced into this field because of the existence of fuzziness of so many factors that influence the attack-defense performance. We can't get the right result all the time because of the appraisal invalidation when the primitive fuzzy comprehensive evaluation operator is used. Therefore we attempt to seek several advanced versions of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in this article to carry on the evaluation of the ballistic missile's attack-defense resistance.The contributions of this thesis are shown as following:First of all, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method system and multi-level appraisal steps are introduced. Secondly, we propose three advanced versions of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and give mathematical confirmation and calculation to each method. The ballistic missile's attack-defense resistance appraisal system is established from the aspect of radar countermeasures. A detailed analysis is given to the appraisal result which is obtained according to the improved method with the example data to evaluate the missile armament resistance system. In the end, a ballistic missile attack-defense resistance appraisal system is constructed in this article using the software of Visual C++6.0.The simulation result shows that it is feasible for the improved method to be applied to the attack-defense evaluation of the ballistic missile.
