The choice of launch point is an important factor that affects the penetration efficiency of ballistic missile in the launch mission on mobile platform,and the actual missile attack and defense operations require high timeliness,which often requires the decision-maker to make a quick response based on the mission information in a short time under the premise of ensuring the penetration and strike efficiency.Based on the ballistic missile fast maneuvering launch mission,the research about launch point optimization problem considering the defense capability constraints is carried out in this dissertation,which is of great significance for the fast decision-making of ballistic missile maneuvering launch mission and the improvement of penetration efficiency.The contents of this dissertation include three parts primarily:Decision modeling of ballistic missile attack and defense engagement.This dissertation discusses the method of solving the minimum energy ballistic parameters and the method of solving the launch point parameters under the constraint of range and azimuth from the target point.By introducing the concept of reachable set of interceptor,the decision model of engagement between interceptor and attack missile is established,and the solution method of interceptor parameters based on reachable set is given,which is the foundation of the model in this dissertation.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the interceptor’s descending arc section,a method of interception by the falling arc section based on the reachable set is proposed,which extends the application scope of the interceptor’s reachable set.Fast optimization of missile launch points from set of finite points based on the multi-attribute evaluation.Based on the reachable set of interceptor,considering the time constraint of interceptor problem,the time constraint reachable set is established and the calculation method of interceptable arc of attack missile is given.Taking the length of the interceptable arc and the earliest intercepting time as the penetration efficiency index,further considering the distance index factors related to penetration,the penetration efficiency evaluation index system of the ballistic missile is constructed.On this basis,the attribute indexes are standardized and the weight of each index is determined by using CCSD multi-attribute evaluation method.The calculation method of penetration efficiency of different launch points is given.According to the penetration efficiency,the points in finite launch point set is quickly ordered and optimized.A fast optimization method of missile launching point based on nested neural network.The optimization scenario is defined,the launch point sampling method combining grid sampling and Latin hypercube sampling is given,and the target state error information prediction method based on unscented transform is given.This dissertation analyzes the influence of the multiplicity of the response of the original model on the fitting effect of a single neural network,and puts forward a method to eliminate data ambiguity and improve the fitting effect by adding intermediate value,which leads to the nested neural network and expounds its structure,definition and establishment method.The process of building surrogate model based on nested neural network is described in detail with a specific case.Take the error propagation time as nested data through detailed analysis,the surrogate model of nonlinear mapping from launch point to penetration probability is established,and then the fast optimization of launch point in a given area is realized based on this surrogate model.The effectiveness and rapidity of the proposed optimization method are verified by comparing the optimization results of the surrogate model with the simulation results.In this dissertation,aiming at the selection of launch point of ballistic missile’s fast maneuvering launch mission under the constraint of the defense capability,the fast optimization method of discrete launch point set and the fast optimization method of continuous launch area are studied respectively,which have certain reference value for the decision-making rapidity of ballistic missile’s fast maneuvering launch mission and the improvement of penetration efficiency,and can be used to give assisted decision making information for ballistic missile’s fast maneuvering launch mission.
