In the production process of the coal mine, guaranteed that the coal mine power supply system's security steady operation is the coal mine safety production extremely important premise, otherwise it is likely to have a heavy accident significant accident and the security hidden danger, so the research of the coal mine for the power grid dispatching automation, flow analysis function and the intelligent operation ticket system will be very essential, and has the reality urgency.This paper based on the Shuangyashan mining group power company's actual conditions and needs, through theoretical research and continued practice , this paper presents coal mines power supply dispatching system of SCADA-EMS based on GPS . In this system, on the basis of using GPS and phase-locked loop combination method implement the RTU real-time performance of sampling and accuracy in order to obtain accurate and reliable original data to provide accurate and reliable guarantee . The data will be retained by the nonlinear flow algorithm, guaranteed to meet the power flow calculation of convergence and reliability data conditions, using the trend analysis software Power World visual simulation. And in the flow analysis based on the theory of using the framework of cell model of network , using kingview kingview6.53 development tools for the screen,using object-oriented programming language Visual C++ as a programming tool,to achieve operate ticket expert system development work.
