Research Of Multiple Units Crew Plan Established System For Passenger Dedicated Line

Based on given train diagrams, crew regulations, crew information conditions and etc., crew plans work out specific arrangements of on-duty time and location, service train number and time, and off-duty time and location for crewman or crew to make sure crew working going smoothly, realization of train operation plan and reasonable allocation of human resource. The large scale construction of passenger dedicated line (PDL) in China and the following operation set higher requirements for crew plan establishment of Electric multiple units (EMU). And therefore, crew plan establishment system of EMU for PDL has been developed, which can offer more optimized crew plan of EMU by means of human-computer interaction.This thesis, by analyzing duty features and duty mode of EMU crew, evaluation index of EMU crew plan and other contents, firstly introduces the operational characteristics of our Chinese PDL, draws on establishment status of domestic and foreign crew plans, and purposes system requirement goals that lays a foundation for system development. The second part conducts overall system design through describing system establishment goal and system function design. Via analyzing features of crew routing, monthly crew plan and daily crew plan, the optimized model is established, which adopts backtracking algorithm and arborescence algorithm to automatically solve the establishment model. On condition that the model cannot completely meet requirements, convenient manual adjusting is also feasible, which permits the planner to carry on local adjustment and optimization, and consequently the planner's purpose is fully reflected. Elaborating the establishment process, index statistics and issuance of crew plan, the last part presents system realization process from the practical angle.Currently, the system of crew plan establishment for PDL EMU has successfully been realized on the basis of C# language in .NET environment. And this system has been verified availability and optimization by calculating actual data.
