Research On Crew Scheduling Of Passenger Dedicated Lines

The reasonable using of crew is the key problem of train safe running, multiple units using and high quality service of dedicated passenger line. Presently, many problems on dedicated passenger line trains operating organization have been deeply studied in China, but the problem of how to using the crew reasonably, who's the last executor of transportation task, is need to be studied further. Paper bases on the existing researching results, summarizes relative theories about crew using, and discusses deeply about crew scheduling. The main research context is as follows:1,According to introduction on dedicated passenger line development and researching of operation and dispatching system, the significance of crew using is pointed out; Basing on the relative researching results of existing railway line, revelation about crew organization is given; Introducing the relative theories about crew using from three aspects: locomotive operating,motor train-sets operating,operation and dispatching system, points direction for dedicated passenger line crew using theory.2,Paper studies the crew scheduling theory, put forwards conception,variety,influence,method and value, forms comparatively perfect crew scheduling theory; Paper describes process of crew scheduling by using mathematic language, sets up crew scheduling multi-objective model and gives out effective algorithm.3,Paper realizes the relative research theory of crew scheduling in the crew subsystem which belongs to the Train Service Information System, and analyses the results of algorithm about crew scheduling multi-objective model. Paper has established a goal, which is using advanced information technology to consummate crew management system of dedicated passenger line, and points out problems that should be researched deeper. This provides direction for the research of dedicated passenger line crew using problems.
