With the rapid development of urban rail transit in China,the costs of urban rail transit operating company also increase.Crew rostering planning is one of the important plans for the daily operation of urban rails.A reasonable rostering plan can help companies reduce drivers on the basis of labor laws and regulations,thereby reducing operating costs.Existing researches mostly start with a fixed class system,and have not compared the effects of shifts in different classes.To solve the above problems,the following studies will be made:Firstly,this paper introduces the basic crew rostering methods in China,and analyzes the components of the crew rostering plan,the characteristics of the common crew rostering schedule,the crew rostering goal setting,and the crew rostering preparation method for the crew rostering plan.Establish foundation for the following crew rostering optimization model.Secondly,in order to achieve the goal of crew crew's work equilibrium,an optimization model of crew rostering planning is established based on the assignment problem.In view of the fact that the model cannot be solved by general analytical methods,a genetic algorithm based on elite strategy is proposed and a corresponding coding method is designed for the model.Thirdly,Based on the actual line of Dalian Metro,in the shift mode with four shifts in three turns,the model and algorithm proposed in this paper are used for case studies.And through the comparison with the existing rostering plan,it is proved that the optimization model proposed by the paper can significantly improve the balance of the work time,number of classes,and night rest time.Finally,in the mode of six shifts in five turns,the paper uses the model and algorithm proposed in this paper to generate a rostering plan,and compares it with the optimized four shifts in three turns optimization results to explore the suitable shift scheduling system for Dalian Metro.There are totally 16 figures,15 tables and 39 references in this dissertation.
