Hospital Information System is built on the management of three main business module, including the hospital's medical clinical services, administrative services, hospital facilities and equipment operation, in order to achieve an integrated system platform of the digital technology, information and intelligent. However, until now, the traditional hospital information system is only by providing some general information management. With the level of hospital information technology continuing to improve, gradually require hospital information systems to develop in the direction toward intelligence. Agent is a cutting-edge direction in the field of artificial intelligence. The development provides important technical support to the intelligent progress of computer. Agent can accord to the psychological state independent work, and semantic interoperability and cooperative behavior coordination ability of the software entity. This paper, for the Agent possesses intelligence, the multi-Agent technology applied to the medical clinic supporting systems. Using a distributed system of abstract ideas in multiple Agent entity construct of Multi-Agent based on the clinical diagnosis support system. According to some specific cases of medical knowledge or the integration of information, using of inference embody the intelligence of the system. Through inter-entity communication the established an information sharing mechanism, then is completing the intelligent diagnostic targets.In this paper, the first study examined the significance of thesis, research the history and development of the status at home and abroad. The next study is the theoretical knowledge about Agent, including the Agent's definition, classification, the definition and architecture of multi-Agent system, and the difference between Agent and the Agent systems. The third chapter is the core part of the paper. It design based on the clinical diagnosis of multi-Agent system, Including the overall framework of the system, the system of a single Agent structural, Agent's internal knowledge and inference engine. It designed the model of knowledge, given the reasoning processes of inference, conflict resolution algorithm and search algorithm. Chapter IV studies the whole system of communication mechanisms. In the study of the basis of the theory of Agent communication, selected the appropriate means of communication of this system, Agent communication language, designed a communication framework based on XML, and used the java language to implement the packaging and analytical capabilities communication system. Chapter V is the system's implementation, based on the systems analysis and design, using SQLServer database and the java language to achieve the system's databases and systems classes, finally, the paper summarized.Innovative ideas of this paper are to integrate the introduction of electronic medical records to the clinical diagnosis of disease, make use of Agent intelligent characteristics, to make a more accurate diagnosis of the disease. Intelligent computer systems will be introduced into the HIS assist doctors in diagnosis of the disease, the development of a digital hospital has an important significance.
