Building automation system provides beneficial conditions for the system's proper work. The research for building automation system effectively improved the efficiency of intelligent buildings and saved energy. Studying on building automation system, this paper confirmed the total targets,technical path and settlement idea.2. Studied and completed the total designing program of the BAS, it also ascertained the key technologies for this item.3. Based on the analysis of specific function, it definited the specific implementation of programs and system structure.4. Attach great importance to video intercom system, it was in charge of design and implementation of hardware and software.5. Finally, it carried out the implementation of unit and test the system function by integrating and assembling.The results of this research to practical application of the appropriate hardware and software systems.
