Building Automation Control System Design And Application Based On The LONWORKS System

As computer and communication technology have been rapidly developed, a new industry bus called Fieldbus comes into being. Fieldbus means the industry control system that is from Distributed Control System(DCS) to Fieldbus Control System (FCS).LON (Local Operating Networks)is the one of the excellent Fieldbus, which is presented by Echelon company of USA in 1993. Under its support new intelligent and low cost monitoring products were born. This paper discusses the technology and successfully used it into the BAS of one building of the Beijing city.This article elaborates the significance in LonWorks applied to the building automation from the BA system and the LonWorks development and the present situation; After introducing the composition and the function of the BA system and the LonWorks fieldbus control system, this article carries on the feasibility analysis in the LonWorks technology applied to the BA system; Relied on the function demand and the design basis of the goal building BA system, this article carries on the design and the debugging from the system hardware and software and elaborates the concrete realization plan of the air conditioning unit control system; This article has also done the massive work to on the interface of the supervisor software.The main contribution of the thesis lies in: On the base of analyzing the request of the control network of BAS, the control system structure of BAS, and the feasibility of LonWorks technology applied to BAS, the thesis has build the BAS network structure based on LonWorks by combination with the actual project. The hardware design and corresponding software design of the airconditioner control system are provided. Finally, on the base of analyzing the function demand and design content of the actual project's realtime supervisor software, the thesis adopts InTouch 7.1 software to design the configuration. The interface of the supervisor software is friendly and vivid.
