Engine electronic control technology can greatly enhance the car's overall performance, with which the engine will have advantages of low fuel consumption, low pollution and high-power. Therefore, its research and development have received increasing attention. In order to obtain better engine power and economical function, to meet the country's emission regulations, and to maintain good working stability in the controlling process, it is necessary to debug the electronic control system and match it with the engine, and to calibrate and optimize the control parameters. Meanwhile, the calibration of the electronic control system will guide the preparation of engine control strategies. All the effects mentioned above can be achieved through the calibration system. As the functions of the electronic control system are enhanced and the control objects are increased, a complete and flexible calibration system will play an increasingly important role.Subject includes the designing of the calibration system for a self-developed high-pressure common-rail diesel engine and the development of its communication module basic driver. Communication module basic driver is an important part of the calibration system, directly affecting whether the entire Communication module of Slave device can succeed contect the calibration soft of Master device and complete the the calibration duty of ECU, and it is closely related to the following development of interface routine by unioning ECU control policy, the file of manufacturing the AS AM MCD 2MC standard databases (A2L),HEX file and the development of the policy for Master device.Based on the deep research of the calibration system of electronic control engine at home and abroad, subject has designed a communication module basic driver of electronic control unit consistent with the CCP protocol, which is mainly divided into two parts, namely, CAN driver and CCP protocol driver. Subect develops communication module basic driver for the Infineon 32-bit micro-controller TC1796, using the CAN communication, and the CCP standard of ASAM in the international automotive industry. The bottom of ECU communication driver is written in C language, so that the system become more versatile.
