Along with the national plan to revitalize the automotive industry introduced, the automotive industry is increasingly concerned about the increasing investment in R & D. Automotive NVH R & D indicators of the production process has become a very important evaluation parameters. It is not only a vehicle comfort index, but also the quality of the quality of vehicle integrated reflected. However, the domestic face of NVH technology is strong demand and the contradiction between the lack of reserves, therefore, need to conduct further studies on the system. In this context, this article in order to match the engine vehicle NVH studies, for engine and powertrain mounting system frame of the vibration isolation system to start a series of studies. More systematic analysis of the dynamics model of the process, the establishment of powertrain mounting system dynamic model, and constitute a brief analysis of the energy system. Experimental measurement of the power train of a certain type of quality, self-designed test bench, the quality of access to power train parameters and inertial parameters, find the location of the main axis of inertia; established a system of six degrees of freedom vibration model and ADAMS software to create a dynamic simulation model, enter the test parameters to analyze the inherent characteristics of powertrain mounting system; MOUNT application software to the system and lower energy decoupling suspension force to support the objective of anti-optimized design, to optimize the mounting system for post-simulation analysis, and the original isolation mounting system performance comparison, the optimized performance of vibration isolation system has been greatly improved.The use of finite element software for a certain type of frame system analysis software ADAMS established powertrain mounting system of rigid and rigid-flexible multi-body model, calculated under different models of the system natural frequency and modal vibration mode, flexible body frame to draw on a larger modal contribution to the conclusions; two models of the center of mass displacement and suspension move a pad on the Agency's ability to carry out a comparison of anti-analysis comparing the flexible-rigid body dynamic displacement increases, moving to reduce the causes of anti-power.Calculation of two types of constraints different frame mode, comparative analysis of the modal type, and has taken several measures on which a certain type of vibration of the more serious frame is optimized.
